FULL WEDDING PLANNING
• Overseeing the entire wedding planning process and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the wedding day.
• Assisting in choosing and managing vendors.
• Managing guest lists, RSVPs, seating arrangements, and related communications.
• Creating a detailed timeline and coordinating logistics for the wedding day, including selecting the order of events and coordinating.
PARTIAL PLANNING
• Vendor Selection and Management.
• Assisting in choosing and managing vendors such as caterers, florists, photographer etc.
• Liaise with vendors for 6 weeks before the wedding completing all the last-minute details.
• Includes the all important day-of coordination.
MONTH OF PLANNING
• Liaise with all suppliers 4-6 weeks before your wedding.
• Create timelines and production schedules to ensure everything goes off without a hitch!
• Day-of coordination included.
DAY-OF COORDINATING
• Creating a detailed timeline and coordinating logistics for the wedding day, including selecting the order of events and coordinating speeches and entertainment.
• On hand throughout the day so you can focus on enjoying every minute.
